Warehouse Dispatch Administrator

Roles & Responsibilities
Processing and updating orders, shipments and warehouse information in NetSuite
Organising freight, courier and delivery bookings
Preparing shipping labels, picking documents and dispatch paperwork
Checking orders, quantities and delivery details before dispatch
Assisting with inventory control, stock checks and resolving stock discrepancies
Coordinating with freight companies and internal teams on deliveries and dispatches
Assisting with picking, packing and general warehouse duties when required

About You
Previous warehouse, dispatch or administration experience
Comfortable using computers and learning current systems
NetSuite or similar ERP/WMS experience is highly regarded but not essential




Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team
Physically fit and willing to assist with warehouse duties
Forklift licence (LF) is highly regarded but not essential

Job Details

Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
