Lyka makes fresh, human-grade pet food at its Dandenong South facility, a rapid‑growing FMCG company. The Manufacturing Shift Manager will own day shift operations across high‑speed production lines and lead frontline teams to ensure safety, quality and on‑time delivery.

You’ll drive LEAN improvements, manage SOPs, QA/QC documentation, and ensure HACCP/GMP compliance. The role requires 3+ years leading teams in automated food processing and hands‑on coaching of staff.
