Torres Strait Island Regional Council (TSIRC) is seeking a motivated People and Wellbeing Officer to support HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, and employee records across the organisation. Based in Cairns or any TSIRC Division, this full time fixed-term role offers variety and real impact.

You will work closely with the People and Wellbeing Coordinator and Senior Recruitment Officer to ensure compliant, customer‑focused HR services.
