Blackbook Executive is seeking a Hygiene Manager for a large-scale Australian food manufacturing site in Sydney. You will lead and develop the hygiene function, driving GMP, sanitation and food safety standards across manufacturing and distribution.

Responsibilities include leading the hygiene team and contractors, audits and certification, managing programs and budgets, and collaborating with Production, Quality, Safety and HR to meet objectives.
