Adecco is partnering with a leading global provider ofaccess automation and entrance solutions to recruit an ambitious andcommercially driven Business Development Manager based in Sydney.

The Prospect

Reporting into the national leadership team, you will beresponsible for driving new business growth across New South Wales through aproject-driven sales approach.

Key Responsibilities
Identify,develop, and secure recent business opportunities across commercial,government, and infrastructure projects
Buildand maintain relationships with architects, consultants, developers,builders, local councils, government agencies, and end users
Drivespecification activity and engage stakeholders early in the design phase
Conductclient presentations, site visits, and solution-based consultations
Preparequotations, proposals, tender responses, and project submissions

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven trackrecord of winning recent business and developing project-based opportunitieswithin the construction, building products, electrical, security, automation,access control, or infrastructure sectors.

Preferred Experience




3+years' experience in Business Development
Strongexperience hunting and securing new business opportunities
Provenproject sales experience within commercial or government environments
Experienceselling solutions through architect, consultant, builder, or specificationchannels
Experienceworking on long sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers
Abilityto manage tenders, proposals, and contract negotiations

Highly Regarded
Experienceselling access automation, gate automation, access control, security,building products, electrical products, or related technical solutions
Existingrelationships with architects, consultants, government agencies, builders,developers, or major contractors
Exposureto infrastructure, transport, healthcare, education, or government-fundedprojects
Experienceinfluencing specifications and project design decisions
