About the chance:

As a Decorator Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating the Can Decorator to produce high-quality product, maximise reliability, minimise downtime and support quality and safety standards.
Rotating Shift: 12-hour shifts on a 3-week rotating roster (5.5-day week)

What you’ll do:
Ensure the safe and efficient operation of plant machinery and equipment as part of daily responsibilities within production operations
Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production machinery and equipment
Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective solutions
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
Collaborate with production teams to minimise disruptions and improve efficiency

What You Will Bring:
Printing Trade/Printing Qualification
Experience in FMCG manufacturing workplace
Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Forklift license (desirable)
