About the role:
Work across a broad range of complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.
Act for sophisticated corporate, private and institutional clients in high-value and strategically significant disputes.
Manage matters from initial advice and strategy through to mediation, arbitration and court proceedings.
Take a leading role in matters, including client management, drafting, negotiations and supervising junior lawyers.
Work closely with experienced partners while enjoying a high level of autonomy and direct client exposure.
Play an active role in mentoring and developing junior members of the team.
Contribute to the continued growth of the practice through business development and strengthening key client relationships.
Genuine opportunity for an ambitious Senior Associate or Special Counsel to progress towards partnership, with scope for an established junior partner to further develop their practice.
The ideal candidate:
Senior associate, Special Counsel or a Junior Partner with solid experience in commercial litigation
Must hold a law degree support by a strong academic record
Strong drafting, legal research and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines
Confident in communicating with clients, solicitors, lenders and other stakeholders
A team player, capable of working autonomously
