RSL LifeCare is seeking a casual Recreation and Engagement Assistant in Byron Bay. You will plan, deliver and evaluate personalised leisure programs for residents, covering one-to-one activities, group sessions and events to support wellbeing and social connection.
You will work with the Recreation and Engagement Coordinator and care team to tailor activities, support residents with dementia or cognitive impairment, and document assessments and plans as required.
