Ciaron Maher Racing is seeking an experienced and motivatedAssistant Trainer to join our team in a hands-on leadership role. This is an exciting opportunity to work within one of Australia’s premier racing operations, helping oversee the day-to-day management of a world-class stable.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily training operations
Support the NSW Assistant Trainer in the running of the stable
Oversee horse care and welfare
Coordinate staff and daily stable activities
Lead by example in a hands-on role

About You
Previous racing industry experience is essential
Excellent staff management and coordination skills
Solid communication and leadership abilities
Passionate about horse welfare and achieving high performance
Reliable, organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced workplace
