Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment is recruiting for a full time disability care coordinator based in Gregory Hills, NSW. You will coordinate supports for an allocated NDIS caseload, maintaining care plans, risk records and service delivery aligned to individual goals.

You will partner with intake, rostering and practice teams to ensure smooth onboarding and timely responses to changes, while coaching and supervising support staff and escalating high-risk matters as needed.
