Set against the stunning backdrop of Brisbane's iconic riverfront, Stanley Restaurant offers a refined take on Cantonese dining, blending tradition with contemporary elegance.

The team at Stanley are now currently accepting applications for casual Hosts to join our agile Front of House team.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
Greeting &welcoming; guests, creating memorable first impressions
n
Taking guests orders including unique beverage lists
n
Showcasing product knowledge and upselling
n
Efficiently manage table turnover and guest wait times to support a smooth and timely dining flow.
n
Collaborate with and support the leadership team to ensure seamless service and uphold restaurant operations.
n

What we are looking for:

n

n
Previous experience hosting within a well-renowned restaurant (fine dining is anadvantage)
n
A background in high volume, quality hospitality business
n
Engaging personal presence with outstanding verbal communication and presentation skills
n
Energetic, charismatic and engaging personality
n
A high standard of grooming
n
Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts.
n
Be a positive and collaborate team player.
n




Assist with guest requests and requirements.
n
Hold a valid Queensland RSA.
n
