We are urgently seeking a factory labourer to assist in the fabrication of aluminum sections for doors and windows. We are seeking factory labourers to commence as soon as possible with a highly reputable aluminium extrusion business based in Loganlea.

About the role

You’ll perform tasks such as:
Clean and prepare steel extrusion dies using caustic baths.
Safe handle and store caustic acid.
Move dies using cranes, hoists and electric pallet jacks.
Operate hand and power tools.
Following workplace health and safety procedures

The roster
Day shifts 5am – 1pm
Afternoon shifts 1pm – 9pm
Night shifts 9pm – 5am

Rotational Roster — availability required Monday to Friday.

Key skills
To be considered for this opportunity, you should demonstrate:
Previous labouring experience, ideally in a factory workplace.
A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team.
Physical fitness to perform manual handling tasks (training will be provided).




A willingness to follow instructions and work safely at all times.
Current forklift licence (preferred but not essential).
Availability to work day, afternoon and night shifts rostered Monday to Friday.
Own transport and current driver’s licence due to shift requirements.

Competitive casual hourly rates:$33.05 (day shifts) and$38.00 (afternoon and night shift) , plus overtime opportunities.
This role will commence as labour hire, however, may lead to progression and a longer term prospect in the future.
