Moonlight Cinema Sydney is seeking a Venue Manager to lead a seasonal team of around 30, overseeing all aspects of venue operations, safety, customer experience, and commercial performance.

You will manage day-to-day operations, including bump-in/bump-out, rosters, payroll, and cost control, while recruiting and developing staff. Responsibilities include F&B;, sponsorship deliverables, cinema content, and ensuring WHS compliance in a rapid-paced, guest‑driven workplace.
