Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park is seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a full time basis. You will work across restaurant dining, weddings, conferences and events, taking ownership of your section and delivering high-quality dishes.
Working with an experienced culinary team, you will support service delivery, maintain food safety standards, and contribute to a cooperative kitchen culture while ensuring guest experiences remain exceptional.
