You'll work the enrolment pipeline: following up with families who've done a trial class, answering their questions, and getting them enrolled. These are warm leads, people who have already sat in on a class, not cold calls.

A explicit no counts as a win here. An unresolved maybe sitting in the pipeline for three weeks is the actual failure mode.

Responsibilities
Follow up with every family who completes a trial class, within 24 hours
Answer parents' questions about the program and get them enrolled
Keep the pipeline clean, so every family has a status and a next action
Follow through on callbacks. If you said Tuesday, it's Tuesday

Requirements
Comfortable on the phone with parents




Organised enough to keep a pipeline straight and follow up when you said you would
Explicit written and spoken English
A Working With Children Check. You'll sometimes be speaking to students directly, not just their parents.

Nice to Have
You went to a selective or scholarship school. Parents ask what the process is actually like, and someone who has been through it answers that with credibility a script can't buy
Sat EduTest or a selective entry exam yourself
Any prior sales, customer service or front-of-house experience
