We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly volunteers to join our café team!
As a Volunteer Café Assistant, you will play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our customers while helping the café run smoothly in a busy environment.

Key responsibilities include:
Providing excellent customer service with a positive and friendly attitude
Serving customers at the till and assisting with orders
Preparing tea and coffee, including operating a coffee machine (training provided)
Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented café space
Clearing tables, washing up, and keeping service areas tidy

What we’re looking for:
A willingness to work in a quick-paced, customer-focused environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
A helpful, reliable, and team-oriented approach
An interest in learning café skills and hospitality experience

No previous experience is required—just a positive attitude and a willingness to help.



This is a excellent prospect to gain hands-on experience, develop customer service skills, and be part of a friendly, supportive team.
