Life Without Barriers is seeking a Case Manager (Child, Youth & Family) for a permanent full time role in Newcastle. You will work with children, young people and families to develop and implement case plans that strive toward permanency goals.
Collaborate with carers, monitor placements and support families through trauma-informed practice. A relevant bachelor’s degree and OOHC/Child Protection experience are preferred.
