The Opportunity
They are seeking a Small Works Estimator to join their Sydney team.

Key Responsibilities:
Preparing accurate tenders, cost plans, and take-offs
Sourcing and negotiating tenders via government portals
Applying value engineering principles to deliver cost-effective solutions
Supporting project teams through the bid and delivery process




Working closely with clients to ensure strong communication and trust

About You:
5+ years’ experience as an estimator within the NSW construction industry
Proven track record across commercial fit-outs, refurbishments, or small works projects
Solid understanding of NSW construction market pricing
Highly organised with solid attention to detail
Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
Proficient with estimating software and MS Office
