About the role

This full-time Project Management role (within the signage department ) of the corporate window film company' in Rowville 3178 offers an exciting opportunity to play a key part in delivering high-quality commercial projects within the Construction industry. You will be responsible for overseeing project plans, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring successful project delivery.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for signage fabrication and installation
n
Manage all aspects of project execution, including procurement, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation
n
Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and provide regular updates to key stakeholders
n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
n
Maintain accurate project records and documentation
n
Continuously identify prospects for process improvement and project optimization
n
Ability to grow a portfolio of clients
n

What we're looking for

Proven experience in project management within the Construction industry, preferably in a commercial or corporate workplace
n
Excellent organizational and time management skills,



with the ability to priorities and multitask effectively
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
n
Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
n
A collaborative and adaptable approach, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
n
Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field are highly desirable
n
