We're seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Administrator to join a successful and supportive boutique real estate team in Sydney's Inner West.

This is a 12-month contract, commencing with an initial one-month trial period, offering a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for stability, variety and the chance to become an integral part of a high-performing team.

The Role

n

Working closely with the sales team, you'll be responsible for:

n

n
Coordinating property marketing campaigns from brief to launch
n
Uploading listings across websites and property portals
n
Preparing brochures, signboards and marketing collateral
n
Managing campaign deadlines and following up outstanding approvals
n
Uploading contracts and maintaining property records
n
Processing marketing invoices and campaign reconciliations
n
Assisting with settlements and general sales administration
n
Maintaining CRM and database accuracy
n
Supporting team marketing and social media activities
n

About You

n





We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident working in a busy real estate environment.

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
Must have previous real estate Sales administration experience
n
Current Certificate of Registration
n
Robust attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
n
Confidence managing multiple deadlines
n
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
n
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your role
n
CampaignTrack experience highly regarded
n
Experience with Agentbox or similar real estate software advantageous
n
