Job Description
Synergie Skin, an Australian skincare innovator, is seeking a hands-on People & Culture Manager for a part time role with ownership of the full employee lifecycle. You will work closely with the General Manager and leadership team across recruitment, onboarding, performance and compliance.

The role blends advisory work with day-to-day HR administration, including contracts, policy updates and documentation. A four-day-per-week arrangement is preferred with versatile schedule and one day remote.
