The Role
Runthe daily operation of the pastry section
Preparehigh-quality pastries, desserts and cakes.
Maintainexcellent standards of presentation, consistency and quality
Helplead and support the kitchen team during service and production
Assistwith ordering, stock control and kitchen organisation
Maintainhigh standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
Contributeideas and creativity to our pastry offering

We’relooking for someone who:
Hassolid pastry experience in a skilled kitchen




Ispassionate about pastry and committed to producing exceptional food
Hasstrong attention to detail and presentation
Canconfidently work in a busy, high-volume environment
Hasleadership skills and enjoys supporting and developing junior team members
Isorganised, reliable and takes pride in their work
Iseager to grow and progress within the pastry industry
