The Shire of Capel is seeking a Customer Service Officer to be the first point of contact for customers. You will triage requests, assist with basic enquiries, and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate teams. You’ll also handle payments, venue hire, and process applications and registrations with a friendly, qualified approach.

Casual shifts are available Monday to Friday 8:15am - 4:45pm. The role offers an hourly rate of 35.1763 AUD plus casual loading, with a solid emphasis on
