We're currently seeking experienced Chefs to join our regional Queensland operations. Working in a busy village workplace, you'll provide quality meals that help keep our mining communities running safely and efficiently.

The Role
Prepare meals across breakfast, crib and dinner services
Work in a high-volume catering environment
Maintain food safety and HACCP standards
Deliver consistent quality and presentation
Work as part of a supportive kitchen team

These are FIFO/ BIBO roles from Brisbane on a 14:7 roster, working 11-hour days. Casual opportunities are available with the potential for permanent placement for high-performing employees.

About You




Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
Experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchens
Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge
Able to work well in a team and independently
Able to work in remote settings and varying weather conditions
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test Full Australian working rights
