Job Description
St Vincent's Health Australia is seeking an experienced Product Lead to shape and deliver the Medicare Mental Health Check In (MMHCI) program.
You will develop the product strategy and roadmap, leading end-to-end lifecycle from hypothesis through to launch and adoption, across digital and clinical domains within St Vincent's Care at Home.
Based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive improvements in access, engagement and outcomes.
