We're seeking an experiencedArea Managerto lead a portfolio of Coach stores acrossQueensland and New Zealand, driving commercial success, exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence, and people development acrossOutlet, Retail and Concession channels.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop Store Managers across multiple locations to deliver sales, profitability and operational outcomes.
Drive regional sales performance through data-led decision making and execution of business strategies.
Partner with Store Managers to create and implement store-specific business plans aligned to brand and regional priorities.
Ensure consistent delivery of customer experience, visual merchandising and brand standards across all store formats.
Monitor KPIs including sales, productivity, labour, customer service, inventory and profitability.
Lead recruitment, talent development, succession planning and performance management across the region.
Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety, stock management and loss prevention standards.
Collaborate with Retail Leadership and Support Office teams to identify opportunities, mitigate risks and deliver sustainable growth.

Proven experience leading multiple retail locations across diverse store formats.
Robust track record of driving sales growth, profitability and operational excellence.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and developing high-performing teams.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data and translate insights into action.
Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
