You will lead planning, delivery and evaluation, coaching Wellness Partners and volunteers to create meaningful resident experiences with person-centred approaches.
The role requires a Diploma in Leisure and Health, a current QLD Driver Licence, and proven ability to design and deliver wellness programs in aged care, disability or community settings.
