UNSW invites applications for a Service Designer within the LMS Program.
Hybrid work arrangement at Kensington Campus in Sydney, full time 35 hours per week, with remuneration of $153,933 - $163,338 plus 17% super and leave loading.
In this role you will translate user insights into service requirements, develop journey maps and service blueprints, and collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, architecture and delivery teams to shape LMS experiences for students and staff across the University.
