Conduct structured phone or Zoom interviews (scripting provided)
Provide peer support and mentorship within a collaborative team workplace




Participate in ongoing professional development via weekly training calls
Ideal Candidate Profile
Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
