Job Description
Nearheal is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to own technical direction for KIRA, building scalable systems used by millions.
This hands-on role requires architecture leadership, coding, and mentoring across teams in a distributed, remote-first setting.
You will design, implement, and optimizebackend/frontend/APIcomponents, drive trade-offs, and raise engineering quality while collaborating with a global team across time zones.
