Program Manager - Regulatory Transformation
An exciting opportunity is available for an experiencedProgram Managerto lead the delivery of a significant transformation program within a complex regulatory setting.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role requiring someone who can build credibility quickly and work effectively acrossRegulatory Operations, regulatory officers, inspectors, corporate functions, external vendors and senior leadership.
It is a VPS 6 contract role through to end of July ****.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of a complex regulatory transformation program.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, particularlyRegulatory Operations, regulatory officers, inspectors, corporate functions, vendors and senior leaders, to support delivery of agreed outcomes.
Work closely with operational stakeholders to understand requirements, identify challenges and translate strategic priorities into practical solutions.
Influence and negotiate across multiple stakeholder groups, often without direct authority, to maintain momentum and achieve program objectives.




Manage program performance, budgets, milestones, resources, risks, dependencies and changes in scope.
Prepare high-quality executive briefings, program reports, presentations and governance updates.
About You
You will be an experienced Program Manager with a strong track record delivering complex programs in aregulatory, government, compliance or operational environment.
You will bring:
Demonstrated program management experience within a regulatory or similarly complex operational environment.
Exceptionalstakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship management skills.
Experience partnering closely with operational teams such as inspectors, regulatory officers, compliance or enforcement functions.
Ability to build trust and credibility with senior executives, frontline teams, corporate functions and external partners.
Solid experience managing complex end-to-end programs including budgets, risks, resources, vendors and governance.
