The Role:
As our Senior Façade Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our design efforts, responsible for creating and implementing façade designs that are both functional and visually stunning.
You will work closely with our clients and project teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
Writing fee proposals and project reports.
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, we are seeking a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field.




Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in facade engineering design and construction, with a strong background in project management.
Excellent knowledge of Australian standards and codes related to facades, including AS***********, AS/NZS ****, and AS ***********.
Experience in managing client relationships and leading successful project teams within the built setting industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on quality and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to the audience and situation.
Full professional proficiency in English.
Eligibility for CPEng accreditation via Engineers Australia is preferred.
Location:
Ideally, we are looking for someone based in Sydney, as our workload primarily centres in this area.
