You will handle counter inquiries, assist over the phone, and help convert enquiries into orders while supporting the sales team.
Ideal candidates have experience in customer service or sales support, are confident with tradies and builders, and can manage quotes and orders accurately with positive CRM skills.
Monday to Friday role with on-site work in a busy trade-focused environment.
