This role
We're looking for a super talented Midweight Designer to join our in-house agency, Hero Collective.
You've got solid experience under your belt and a sharp design eye, especially across digital, brand, and motion.
Your key focus areas will be
Collaborative Creative Team - Work closely with motion designers, copywriters, illustrators, and art directors to produce engaging, scroll-stopping content.
Brand Elevation - Design with purpose to strengthen and evolve the brand while keeping things fun.
Innovation & Experimentation - Explore and integrate new tools, especially in tech and AI, to push creative boundaries.
Impactful Design - Craft beautiful, thoughtful designs that deliver real results.
This will include
Push creative boundaries with AI - You don't just use AI to move faster.
You use it to unlock new ideas, workflows, and creative outcomes.
Whether you're storyboarding motion pieces, generating visual directions, editing short form video, or testing layouts with AI tools, you treat technology as a creative amplifier.
Think in motion - You've got a motion mindset.
You don't need to animate everything yourself (though bonus points if you do),



but you understand how things move, feel, and flow.
You can storyboard, collaborate with motion designers, and help bring concepts to life in ways that stop the scroll.
Collaborate like a pro - You'll work closely with other creatives, marketers, and product folks to bring projects to life.
You take feedback well, ask smart questions, and aren't precious about iterating.
You know how to keep momentum going and make the work better together.
Push the brand, don't just follow it - You know when to follow the rules and when to bend them.
You'll help evolve our brand toolkit, suggest fresh takes, and bring a designer's eye to how we show up in the world, visually, digitally, and socially.
Who you are

For this role, you'll also bring
You've got 3-5 years of design magic under your belt, ideally split between the agency hustle and in-house pace
Your folio?
Smart, stunning, brand-led and unapologetically digital-first - with proof it actually gets results
You can spot good design from a mile away and back it up with intentional, thoughtful decisions every time
AI isn't a buzzword to you - you're already prompting, iterating, and integrating it into your workflow like a pro
Figma and Adobe Creative Suite are your natural habitat, and you're not afraid to dip into After Effects or Premiere Pro
You know your way around motion - whether you're storyboarding, collaborating, or bringing ideas to life with animation
You've designed for pretty much everything: digital, socials, ads, web, email, OOH, print, merch, events - you name it
You balance pixel-perfect detail with big-picture thinking, nailing both execution and concept
You understand UX/UI principles and can make wireframes and flows that are as beautiful as they are functional
You're curious, proactive, and fearless when it comes to trying fresh ideas or pushing brand boundaries with tech
