VACCA is seeking a Better Futures Intake Worker & Community Connector in Morwell to support young people aged ***** in out-of-home care.
You will handle intake and assessments, identify community resources and pathways, and assist the Better Futures team.
The role requires engagement with Aboriginal families and knowledge of local Gippsland services.
