Job Description
Orange Sky is seeking a strategic, systems-focused leader to guide Volunteer Support, Asset Support, and Volunteer Experience under a fixed-term contract reporting to our Director, Marketing & Operations Support.
You will translate big-picture vision into scalable operational delivery across Australia and Recent Zealand.
You will lead a high-performing team, manage budgets and risk, and drive continuous improvement of our volunteer management platform to support growth and impact for communities.
