Mercer Super in Adelaide is seeking a capable Team Leader to guide day-to-day workflow for a team of up to 15 people within Claims and Administration Operations.
This hybrid role requires at least three in-office days per week to ensure collaboration and service Excellence.
You will coach and develop direct reports, support recruitment and onboarding, monitor service standards, manage escalations and drive process improvements while maintaining compliance and risk controls across the operation.
