Job Description
Sirius People is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator with a solid WHS focus to join a not-for-profit environment in Sydney.
The role blends end-to-end HR operations with safety leadership, incident investigations, and compliance across the workforce.
The role reports to the HR Manager and involves managing licensing, training, onboarding, performance management, and documentation while maintaining accurate HRIS and reporting for leadership.
