Municipal Association of Victoria is seeking a seasoned People & Culture Lead to drive the entire employee lifecycle and provide strategic and operational leadership of the MAV's people function.
You will partner with the Executive team and People Leaders to deliver advice and hands-on delivery across industrial relations, remuneration, recruitment, culture and wellbeing.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this standalone role offers autonomy, a chance to shape a contemporary P&C;
