You will lead Residential Care Workers to provide safe, nurturing, and therapeutic care, supporting young people toward resilience and belonging.
Reporting to the Residential Care Coordinator, the role blends hands-on leadership with meaningful work, promoting collaboration across teams and ensuring high standards of care within a supportive, culturally safe workplace.
