We are seeking a Senior Competition specialist to join this Antitrust and Trade practices group in Sydney.
Your purview will cover advice and action relating to market conduct and penal compliance, corporate consolidation and strategic coalitions, economic policy, institutional design, and adversarial proceedings.
You
We would like to speak to individuals with 4+ years of practice in competition, trade and regulatory law within a ranked practice or regulatory body.
You must have exceptional drafting skills underpinned by a genuine interest in engaging with high-visibility, intellectually demanding frameworks.
