Crown Resorts is seeking a Front Office Manager for Crown Towers Hotel to lead guest-focused operations and sales and to set benchmarks for service excellence.
You will oversee Front Office, Bell Services, Valet and Duty Management teams in a dynamic luxury hotel setting.
You will drive end-to-end guest experiences, manage budgets, and coach a large frontline team to deliver consistent, high-quality service on the floor.
