This isa unique prospect to make a meaningful difference while leadinghigh-performing teams and delivering impactful communityservices.
Whatwill a typical day look like?
Lead the operationsof headspace Emerald
Provide strategicoversight of counselling and youth programs across CentralQueensland
Manage servicedelivery, funding contracts, budgets andperformanceoutcomes
Build and Maintainstrong partnerships with government, community and sectorstakeholders
Lead, mentor anddevelop disciplinary teams
Drive servicegrowth, innovation and continuous improvement
Ensurecompliance,accreditationand quality standards areacheived.

MandatoryRequirements:
Abachelor's degree in allied health,behavioural/socialsciences,mental health nursing (or relateddiscipline)
Aminimum of 5 years relevant experience at a manageriallevel
