Job Description
Dorrien Estate Winery in the Barossa Valley is seeking casual Laboratory Technicians for the **** Vintage.
Applicants with prior vintage or lab experience are preferred, but full training will be provided.
The role runs from January to May ****, with shift work, weekends and overtime required.
As a Vintage Laboratory Technician you will be involved in routine analysis of juice, ferments and wine, while maintaining high standards of data accuracy and safety.
