About the role
We are seeking an AssociateDirector, Bid Manager to join Knight Frank's Growth function and lead complexAsset Management bids from opportunity through to submission and presentation.
Partnering with senior leaders and subject matter experts, you will createcompelling, solution-led proposals thatsupportretentionandgrowth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end management ofmultiple bids, ensuring high-quality submissions aredeliveredcompliantlyandwithinrequiredtimeframes.
Analyse tenderdocumentationtoidentifykeyrequirements,evaluationcriteriaandstrategicopportunities to maximise success.
Engage and coordinate seniorstakeholders and subject matter experts, providing clear directionandensuringtimelydeliveryof content and inputs.
Develop compelling, client-focusedproposals,



case studies and presentation materials that clearly articulatevalue propositions and win themes.
Establish and manage projectplans, governanceprocesses,reviewsandapproval milestones toensuresubmissionsremainontrack.
Contribute to the ongoingenhancement of bid managementframeworks,governanceandbest-practice processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
