Job Description
Taste Hospitality seeks a hands-on General Manager for Flowerdale Estate, a 106-acre destination in Victoria's Yarra Valley.
The role includes in office accommodation and oversight of weddings, dining, accommodation and conferences.
You will own the P&L;, lead the management team, recruit and train staff, and shape the business strategy with direct ownership of execution across service and operations.
