You will lead a team of Endpoint Engineers and packagers to deliver high-quality support and meet SLAs.
You will mentor engineers, plan resources, and drive customer satisfaction.
The role requires Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain NV1, with after-hours and on-site or remote work as needed.
