Responsibilities
Assessing and advising clients on their eligibility for various visa options
Strong focus on GSM & Partner Visas
Opportunity to work with our senior lawyers on B2B sponsorships and complex matters
Preparing and submitting visa applications and supporting documentation
Liaising with clients, government authorities and other stakeholders on immigration matters




Providing expert advice on immigration policies and regulations
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
Keeping up to date with changes in immigration laws and policies
Requirements
Excellent knowledge of Australian immigration policies and regulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and robust organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
