We are now seeking an experienced and highlyprofessionalPersonalAssistant to the Executive Chairman to join the Chairman's Office atour Lonsdale headquarters.
The role
This is a genuine Personal Assistant position suited tosomeone who enjoys the traditional PA function and takes considerable pride inbeing organised, dependable, discreet and one step ahead.
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you willprovidecomprehensivebusiness and personal administrative support to the ExecutiveChairman.
The role extends beyond managing a corporate calendar.
Youwill take responsibility for coordinating the Chairman's business and personaldiary, appointments, travel, correspondence, meetings and day-to-dayarrangements, ensuring his time is managed effectively and commitments areseamlessly coordinated.
You will work within a small and trusted team and willregularly handle highly sensitive, personal and confidential information.
Discretion, judgement and absolute confidentiality are therefore fundamental tothe position.
This role will suit an experienced PA who genuinely enjoyslooking after the detail ?
someone who remembers what needs to happen, followsthings through, anticipates requirements and gets satisfaction from making abusy executive's day run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the Executive Chairman's complex business diary,ensuring appointments, meetings and commitments are effectively coordinated.
Organising and maintaining the Chairman'spersonalappointmentsand diary commitments, including making bookings,confirmingarrangementsand providing appropriate reminders.
Proactively identifying diary conflicts, priorities andupcoming commitments and resolving these before they become an issue.
Acting as a key point of contact for the Chairman's Officeand professionally managing telephone calls, correspondence, appointments andenquiries.
Preparing and managing correspondence,documents,presentationsand other administrative material.
Coordinating domestic and international travel, includingflights, accommodation, transport, itineraries and associated arrangements.
Maintaining appropriate reminders and following upoutstanding matters to ensure commitments and actions are completed.
Assisting with personal administrative matters andarrangements for the Executive Chairman & Chief of Staff as required.
Coordinating corporate dining, functions,events,reservationsand other business or personal arrangements.
Collating monthly reports from General Managers and preparingand distributing Director and Board packs.
Coordinating Board meeting requirements,includingpreparationof the boardroom, documentation and refreshments.
Maintaining accurate records, filing andconfidentialdocumentation.
Providing occasional reception coverage when required.
Liaising professionally with Directors, seniorexecutives,employees,customers, suppliers and external stakeholders.

You are equally comfortable arranging a Boardmeeting,reorganisingan interstate itinerary, managing a personal appointment orensuring an key commitment hasn't been overlooked.
Importantly, you understand that supporting an ExecutiveChairman requires a high degree of trust, discretion, flexibility and personalservice.
At least 2?
5 years' experience as a PersonalAssistant,preferablysupporting a Chairman, CEO, Managing Director, business owner orsenior executive.
Demonstrated experience managing complex business andpersonal diaries.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
Outstanding attention to detail and a high standard ofadministrative accuracy.
The ability to anticipate requirements and remain severalsteps ahead.
A proactive, practical and hands-on approach.
Exceptional discretion and the ability to handle highlyconfidential and personal information appropriately.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
