Assistant Director/2IC - Early Childhood Centre
Are you an experienced Early Childhood Educator ready to step into leadership?
We are seeking a passionate Diploma-qualified 2IC / Assistant Director to support the Centre Director with daily operations, educator support, compliance, and quality practice.

About the Role
You will work closely with the Centre Director to:
Support daily centre operations and staffing
Mentor and guide educators
Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements
Support programming, documentation, and quality practice




Contribute to the QIP and continuous improvement
Build positive relationships with children, families, and educators
Step into the Centre Director's responsibilities when required
You will have:
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or higher
Previous leadership experience, or be ready to step into leadership
Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, NQF, and compliance
Strong communication and organisational skills
A positive, proactive, and team-focused approach
A genuine passion for supporting children and developing educators
